Our apartment is located 5 minutes from Bastille and 10 minutes from the Marais on foot.
The apartment is perfectly equipped and very comfortable, you will find everything you need. There is a living room, three bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room, 2 toilets.
Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, Bedroom 3 has a single bed. The separate kitchen is very well equipped.
The building is located in a quiet street, with elevator.
We are located near very lively areas where you will find lots of restaurants and shops: the marsh, oberkampf, etc ... we will be happy to show you good addresses of Parisians.

Summary: Neighborhood was very convenient to several metro lines and stations The host left us great provisions. Some of the instructions could have been better especially about recharging the hot water tank but richard was readily available to answer questions. Great towels. Beds were very comfortable.

Summary: We had an excellent experience staying at this apartment. It was roomy, bright, and had all of the amenities that we desired. It was on a lovely, quiet street that was convenient to many shops, cafes, and two metro stops. Richard and Jeanette were the consummate hosts, greeting us at the beginning of our stay, orienting us to the apartment and neighborhood, and stocking the fridge. We highly recommend this place!

Summary: Fantastic authentic French apartment with lovely decor but modern comfort: fabulous kitchen with washer/dryer, dishwasher, induction burners plus microwave and oven. Exceptional quality of dishes, pots/pans/cutlery. Nespresso plus French press and electric hot water kettle. Upscale bathroom with huge shower plus second bathroom with small shower. Bedrooms large with super comfortable memory foam mattresses.Neighborhood is lovely: less than 5 min walk to Metro Saint Ambroise stop and boulangerie, 2 min to FranPrix supermarket open 7 days a week 0730-2200. Easy walk to Bastille, Place de Vosges & Metro everywhere else. We shopped locally and cooked a lot. Most importantly, the hosts Richard and Ginette are fantastic. Excellent communication, met us on arrival and gave us a full tour of how to work the appliances as well as around the neighborhood. Bought us a baguette, butter, milk, eggs, strawberry jam and cookies and chocolate which was lovely after an overnight flight. Richard speaks a little English but can email/WhatsApp/use VRBO messages in English and French. He gave us his cell as well as his daughters' cell phones. A couple of caveats: heat but no AC. We came in April, a few days got warm, we opened the windows but no screens so a few bugs. For us, this would be way too hot in summer. The apartment is smoke/pet free (great as we have allergies and asthma & were fine); however, neighbors do smoke in the building so the hallway smells of smoke.

Summary: We were a group of 4 and this was a perfect apartment for us! We found it so tidy and clean with everything we needed. Plenty of towels! It was a charming neighborhood with bakeries and supermarket nearby. Great outdoor marketplace on Thursday and Sunday mornings. We found the metro convenient and used it everyday to see everything. Richard was a great host, very accesible!

Summary: This apartment is beautiful with high quality amenities. Richard met us at the property, and he and his wife made sure we knew how to use all the appliances and where everything was located in the house. The house was well stocked and there were even a few groceries. It was extremely clean. Richard gave us a tour of the neighborhood that was so much fun. Would highly recommend a stay in this lovely home.

Summary: Richard was a wonderful host and was at the apartment when we arrived. He gave us tour of the neighborhood and pointed out several restaurants and shops. The refrigerator was stocked with eggs, cheese, yogurt and wine. He was very responsive to our questions and quick to respond to my texts. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood with several shops and restaurants nearby. There is also a metro station within in walking distance. The kitchen is well stocked and there is also a washer and dryer. I would highly recommend a stay at this home for a family or group traveling together.

Summary: The apartment is in a quiet residential neighborhood tucked away from the main street. It is between 2 Metro stops, Richard-Lenoir station and Saint-Ambroise station. The Metro is 7-minute walk from the apartment. Outside the apartment, a 1-minute walk, there is a handy bus stop that goes directly to the Louvre and Museum D’Orsay. It was a 10 to 15-minute walk to the Marais, an excellent, trendy district. When we arrived, Richard and Jeanette gave us a thorough apartment tour. They showed us how to use their European appliances (you can also look them up on YouTube). They left us drinks and snacks and answered all our questions. They also gave us a walking tour of their neighborhood, which was very helpful. We went to the local grocery store, half a block away, and the local coffee shop. We also went to the local restaurants, 1 block away, they recommended. The apartment is on the first floor (above the ground floor), so even if the elevator breaks down, it is only one floor up. The elevator did not break down. The elevator is large and can hold three adults and luggage. The apartment was very secure and nicely designed. I especially enjoyed the living room. With the windows closed, it was very quiet. With the windows open, you could hear local children playing, dogs barking, and the occasional traffic. The apartment building is small and secure. It was great that there was a dishwasher, washing machine, and clothes dryer in the apartment.
